Overall Purpose of the Job

A seasoned individual contributor responsible for supporting the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the HCC program across TURGAN. Working independently with minimal supervision, the role partners with business stakeholders to identify and manage HCC risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards and J&J policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve key elements of the HCC (Health Care Compliance) program across TURGAN.
• Provide independent, practical and risk-based HCC guidance to business stakeholders and field associates.
• Support risk assessments, monitoring, testing, management action plans, reporting, training and policy implementation.
• Ensure effective controls to prevent, detect and mitigate HCC risks.
• Build partnerships with business leaders and influence ownership of compliance.
• Manage country-specific requirements, including Ministry of Health Transfer of Value (ToV) reporting. • Review relevant transactions, transfers of value and promotional materials.
• Support investigations, escalation of compliance concerns and oversight of higher-risk third parties.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law, Business, Finance, Healthcare or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in HCC, Legal, Regulatory, Risk, Audit or a related function, preferably in a multinational healthcare organization.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and anti-bribery/anti-corruption requirements.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a complex environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English and Turkish ; relevant regional languages are an advantage
