Job Description
The Senior Specialist Growth at Abu Dhabi Food Hub (ADFH), part of AD Ports Group’s Economic Cities & Free Zones Cluster, plays a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Manager Growth in the seamless execution of ADFH’s commercial operational portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring operational continuity, contract and billing integrity, and service quality across critical functions such as tenant , MOUs and concessions, value-added services (VAS), parking operations, cold chain infrastructure, and waste management. The Senior Specialist Growth acts as a key owner of billing accuracy for VAS and other operational revenue streams and is instrumental in testing and troubleshooting the Operations Management System, serving as the Control Tower for these activities. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail to generate actionable data and insights that drive the facility’s growth and support its ESG objectives. The Senior Specialist Growth collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards, ensure compliance, and support the continuous improvement of operational processes. Success in this role is measured by the ability to deliver accurate billing, maintain robust operational controls, and contribute to the strategic growth and sustainability of the Abu Dhabi Food Hub.
Core Responsibilities:
Commercial VAS & Operational Execution
- Coordinate delivery of VAS offerings (e.g., storage, handling, ancillary tenant services), ensuring quality and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to expand or improve VAS based on tenant feedback and utilization data.
- Own end-to-end billing accuracy for VAS: validate usage/consumption data, ensure correct rate application, and resolve tenant billing disputes.
Billing, Contracts & Revenue Integrity
- Own and ensure the accuracy of billing processes for VAS and other operational revenue streams.
- Monitor contract compliance and integrity, addressing discrepancies and ensuring alignment with agreed terms.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to resolve billing or contract-related queries.
- Own end-to-end billing accuracy for VAS: validate usage/consumption data, ensure correct rate application, and resolve tenant billing disputes.
Operations Management System & Control Tower
- Test and troubleshoot the Operations Management System, acting as the Control Tower for operational activities.
- Take ownership of billing accuracy and integrity across parking, concessions, VAS, and other operational revenue streams — ensuring charges are correctly configured, applied, and invoiced.
- Recommend and implement system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular billing audits/reconciliations against contracts and system data to catch and correct discrepancies before invoicing.
Waste Management Coordinate waste segregation, collection, and disposal in line with municipal and ESG requirements.
- Track waste volumes and diversion rates, supporting ADFH's environmental reporting and ESG Action Plan targets.
- Manage relationships with waste management contractors and ensure SLA compliance.
- Prepare regular operational reports and dashboards for the Senior Manager, Growth and senior management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities across all managed areas to support cost efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all operational areas
Educational and Technical Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldLanguage Skills:
- English (Mandatory)
- Arabic (Good to have)

3 years of experience in in Logistics, Supply Chain, Free Zones, or Industrial Parks
A relevant professional certification (e.g., facilities management, logistics, or contract management) is an advantage.
