Your role:

You will be integral part of our Group Controlling team driving all topics related to production cost controlling in close collaboration with the business sectors. On one hand we drive forecasting and actual reporting of production costs and net working capital. On the other hand, we provide a platform for the cost reporting and performance measurements for all production sites. We give guidance to ensure correct cost accounting, driving projects to increase transparency and identifying potential financial improvements.

Your role will include two main topics. First, Gross Profit Reporting (Review, Forecast, and Strategy): Create financial reports and business analyses, act as a developed expert with sound professional knowledge and bring in your perspective in the decision-making process. Second, Net Working Capital: Further develop our Controlling tools to measure the performance of working capital management and the related cash conversion in close collaboration with the business sectors.

Who you are:

  • You have an analytical mindset including high interest in translating data analysis into clear business recommendations.
  • You have a talent to explain complex topics with simple words and you are confident in interacting with senior leadership.
  • You like creating new ideas and driving finance projects across departments.
  • You have experience in production controlling or related functions.
  • You have an IT affinity to support the digitalization.
  • You have a degree in business administration, economics or engineering
  • You are skilled and proficient with related systems (Powerpoint, Excel, TM1, BO analyzer)
  • You are fluent in English
