WHAT'S NEW AT APTAR

We have an exciting position open at Aptar Querétaro Senior Specialist, GBS Change & Transition, reporting to the GBS PMO / Transformation Lead (Europe-based) This position is based in Queretaro, México.

The Querétaro Senior Specialist, GBS Change & Transition is responsible for executing process transitions and change management activities across North America and Latin America, working in close partnership with a Project Manager and cross-functional teams. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy within assigned workstreams and ensures successful service migrations, business continuity, and adoption of standardized GBS processes aligned with Aptar’s transformation priorities.

This role is based in Aptar Mexico-Queretaro, one of Aptar’s GBS (Global Business Services) centers to leverage synergies in working with other departments housed in the same center.

THIS IS HOW HIS JOURNEY BEGINS.

  • Execute and coordinate transition activities in alignment with Project Manager-led plans
  • Own and deliver defined transition workstreams (knowledge transfer, documentation, readiness, hypercare)
  • Support transition planning, timelines, and deliverables with the Project Manager
  • Drive change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training coordination
  • Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, GBS teams, and the Project Manager
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues impacting assigned workstreams
  • Provide structured and timely updates to the Project Manager and leadership
  • Ensure adherence to GBS methodologies, governance, and documentation standards
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ON THE TRIP

  • 5–8 years of experience in GBS, Shared Services, or transformation environments
  • Proven experience in process transitions, project coordination, and/or change management
  • Experience working across LATAM and North America
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field
  • Experience in multinational or remote team environments preferred
