Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to support OPSX strategic accounts by managing account enablement, operational reporting, data operations, EDI coordination, and customer visibility services. The role requires strong freight forwarding operations knowledge, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting, smooth operational coordination, and high-quality customer support within defined timelines.

Designation: Senior Specialsit - Forwarding Operations - Global Service Centre

Base Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting to: Manager

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • The OAM Desk team handles account enablement, reporting, data operations, EDI coordination, and customer visibility services for OPSX Europe strategic accounts.
  • Freight forwarding operations background (ocean / air)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, data handling)
  • Good written English for customer-facing reporting
  • Experience with operational systems (CargoWise / CR3 familiarity a plus)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently to deadlines

Skills & Competencies:

  • Freight forwarding operations knowledge (Ocean/Air)

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Advanced Excel and data handling capabilities

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer-focused approach

  • Knowledge of Cargo Wise / CR3 systems preferred

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Data Management, or a related field.

  • Should have 2-4 years of Experience

  • Should preferably be from Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain Logistics background.
