To achieve sales objectives by driving FirstNet subscriber adoption across First Responder Agencies, retail sales channels, and business segments through strategic promotion, strong relationship management, and effective collaboration.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement targeted sales strategies to drive FirstNet subscriber adoption across First Responder Agencies, retail channels, and business segments, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with emergency responder agencies and key clients to ensure long-term customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with retail teams to effectively promote FirstNet solutions and provide comprehensive training to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Market Analysis and Adaptation: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Event Participation and Networking: Participate in relevant events and trade shows to showcase FirstNet solutions and expand professional networks within the industry.

Required Qualifications:

  • Provide dedicated assistance to FirstNet subscribers.
  • Educate potential subscribers about FirstNet’s features, eligibility requirements, and benefits; assist with the enrollment process.
  • Address escalated customer issues, coordinate with technical support, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive and educate FirstNet adoption within AT&T Retail through targeted education sessions, ongoing training, and assisting in overcoming obstacles.
  • Partner with Public Sector Sales Teams to help educate CSE on how to implement and grow FirstNet adoption within their modules.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.

Our Sales Executives earn a base salary between $ 88,500 - $132,700 + commission with a total target compensation of $113,500 - $157,700. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
