Senior Specialist Financein Accounts Payable team 

 
Type of Employment:Permanent 
Location: Riga, Latvia 
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)  

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ensuretimelyincoming invoice processing in SAP and JDEsystems;

• Ensuretimelyandaccuratereconciliation of the AP Account,identifyingand resolvingdiscrepancies;

• Corrections and monitoring for G/L entries and supplier data in SAP and JDEsystem;

• Communication with vendors, business unit colleagues and other Circle Kdepartments;

• Performing periodical closingprocedures;

• Participating in various projects based on department needs.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

• Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented and stress resistantpersonality;

• Self-motivated, positive, good teamplayer;

• English language skills to communicate with colleagues inEurope;

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a student within this area (can be substituted withgood experiencein the field);

• Previousexperiencewithinaccounting orfinance;

• Previousexperience with accounting systems (JDE and SAP experience will be considered as a plus).
