What will your typical day look like?

The Ethics Senior Consultant plays a critical role in strengthening the organization’s ethical culture through data‑driven analysis, reporting, and insights as well as providing investigation support on ethical matters. This role supports the Ethics Office by transforming ethics‑related data into meaningful insights that inform leadership decision‑making, identify trends and risks, and drive continuous improvement of the ethics program.

  • Generate meaningful, data driven insights by analyzing ethics case data, investigations, training metrics, and ethics survey results to identify trends, emerging risks, and areas for improvement, and translate these insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen the overall ethics framework.
  • Translate complex quantitative and qualitative ethics data into clear, concise, and compelling insights for senior leaders
  • Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting with valuable insights to support Ethics leadership and governance committees
  • Lead the development of executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations, ensuring strong visual design, logical flow, and clear storytelling
  • Identify trends, patterns, and root causes across ethics matters to inform preventative actions and program enhancements.
  • Contribute to ethics risk assessments and oversight processes by providing data‑backed perspectives.
  • Support measurement of ethics program effectiveness, including awareness, usage of reporting channels, issue resolution timelines, and outcomes.
  • Partner with Ethics, Risk, Talent, Legal, and Inclusion teams to enhance data quality and insight generation.
  • Lead ethical incident response, including participation in ethics investigations; specifically fraud matters; by coordinating data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting to ensure concerns are addressed fairly, objectively, and with appropriate remediation, while protecting confidentiality and reinforcing trust in the ethics program.
  • Lead the analytics and insights component of fraud matters, including identification of trends, anomalies, and potential risk indicators.
  • Support other key initiatives for the ethics program, such as the ethics survey, Code of Conduct updates, and policy revisions.

About the team

The Ethics Program provides enterprise-wide oversight of ethical conduct and culture, that reinforces Deloitte’s values and ethical standards through communications, learning, and trusted speak up mechanisms. In partnership with business leaders and key stakeholders, the program embeds ethical decision making into daily operations, supports accountability, and strengthens a culture of integrity and trust across the firm.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with these required skills, experience and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in ethics, internal audit, risk management, legal, or a closely related function.
  • Experience with Business analytics and data; specifically demonstrated analytical skills including experience working with data and ability to understand broader business risks/issues.
  • High proficiency of PowerPoint and clear storytelling
  • Direct involvement in ethics programs, investigations, codes of conduct, whistleblowing systems, or conduct risk initiatives.
  • Experience managing investigations involving misconduct, fraud, harassment, conflicts of interest, retaliation, or policy breaches.
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree or other relevant courses
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including with our risk teams, legal teams and peers across the businesses with the ability to impact and influence to ensure delivery and alignment.
  • Strong communications skills and comfortable presenting to a broad audience.
  • Demonstrated effective project management skills. Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and timelines independently and as a team.
  • Self-starter, independent, proactive, detail oriented, organized, flexible and adaptable
  • Strong commitment to quality, confidentiality, professional and client service excellence.

  • Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset.

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
