In this role, you'll:

Be part of a team and lead a small team delivering enterprise assurance frameworks, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across Transport for NSW.

This role will see you design and implement a robust enterprise assurance framework, lead strategic improvements, and create efficiencies from the ground up. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives that strengthen governance, align assurance activities, and drive organisational change. Development opportunities include shaping methodologies, influencing senior leaders, and embedding best practice assurance across a complex environment.

You will advocate for change, build new solutions from scratch, and broker agreement among diverse stakeholders to deliver greater efficiency and transparency in a challenging, high-profile environment.

About you

Your strategic thinking, change management expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement skills formed across enterprise assurance, internal audit, and governance functions will see you excel in overcoming organisational complexity, fixing gaps in processes, and creating frameworks that lead to improved assurance outcomes.

You’re recognised as a confident influencer, skilled at negotiating consensus and driving transformation, and experienced in working with senior executives to deliver enterprise-wide improvements. Candidates with experience in enterprise functions and hold formal auditing qualifications will be highly regarded.
