Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with complex endodontic conditions to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Perform advanced endodontic therapies including surgical procedures and retreatments when indicated.
• Address emergency dental trauma cases promptly and skillfully to achieve optimal results.
• Mentor and support less experienced dental staff, promoting best practices in patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in endodontics and incorporate best practices into clinical care.
• Provide patient education on diagnoses, treatment options, and post-procedure care.

Requirements

• Qualification in Dentistry with specialized training or residency in Endodontics.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in endodontic practice, including management of complex cases.
• Strong skills in performing advanced endodontic procedures utilizing modern dental technologies.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective patient engagement and team collaboration.
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience and enthusiasm for mentoring junior staff and fostering professional development.

• Possession of valid dental license and any other required certifications.
