Arterra is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Platforms to help migrate our digital properties / websites in order meet to business objectives in growing our Direct-to-Consumer channels and enhance our customer experiences and operating capabilities.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in technology, digital projects, and marketing . They must have a customer-first mindset and the ability to plan and execute website platform migration. This role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills as you'll be working with a team to re-platform our brand and commercial websites, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing circumstances while employing innovative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and drive project success. As Senior Specialist, Digital Platforms, the candidate will be an integral part of the Digital & E-commerce Team, charged with the migration of DTC and non-transactional sites for Arterra.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end websites platform migration activities
Execute website platform migration tasks across multiple digital properties, including content population through CMS, platform configuration, and asset coordination (imagery, copy, and multimedia).

Oversee product catalog setup and data sanitization to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories, supporting seamless migration and optimal site performance. Conduct data analysis and preparation to enable efficient migration and minimize disruption.

Drive delivery against timelines and stakeholder alignment

Ensure all project requirements are clearly defined and met, with assets gathered, optimized, and deployed accurately across sites. Maintain rigorous oversight of timelines and key milestones across all migration workstreams. Proactively engage and follow up with cross-functional stakeholders to secure inputs, approvals, and alignment. Act as the central coordinator to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across all sites designated for migration.

Manage platform operations and continuous improvement
Support ongoing platform administration, including troubleshooting technical and content-related issues. Perform CMS authoring, content validation, and proofreading to maintain high standards of accuracy and user experience.

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance team efficiency, and reduce operational friction across migration and day-to-day activities.

Lead quality assurance and testing processes
Own end-to-end quality assurance and user-acceptance testing across staging and production environments. Validate site functionality, content accuracy, and user experience prior to launch. Log, track, and prioritize issues within DevOps, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Address CMS-related issues proactively to ensure a seamless and high-performing digital experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Web Development, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, web development or similar

  • Track record of applying analytical, prioritization, and time management skills

  • Experience owning project plans and helping to execute this by working closely with various stakeholders

  • Experience with website migration, Salesforce CommerceCloud, complex regulatory environment - Preferred

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, platform administration an asset - Preferred

  • Experience with design programs like Figma or Adobe XD Preferred

Compensation Budgeted Range – $73,600.00 - $101,200.00 The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
