Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Scientist to lead the development of advanced AI solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing Generative AI models, working with LLMs, and building multi-agent systems. Your expertise will drive our AI strategy and help us deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and shape the future of AI.

• Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and open-source models.
• Optimize RAG-based systems for efficient data querying.
• Create multi-agent frameworks with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Implement ML models for predictive analytics and maintenance.
• Develop AI assistants and automation systems for enterprise.
• Build APIs and backend services using Flask or FastAPI.
• Work on NLP tasks, including document processing and summarization.
• Deploy scalable AI solutions on Azure AI or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into AI projects.

• M.Tech or B.Tech in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Data Science and AI development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, RAG pipelines, and LangGraph.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Proficiency in SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Azure AI services or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with vector databases and hybrid retrieval techniques.
• Knowledge of Docker, Git, and API development.
