Senior Specialist, Data Management Analyst

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Data Management Analyst to join our Corporate Technology team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Experience implementing Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to profile data, troubleshoot complex issues, and design effective data models.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5–9 years of hands-on experience in ETL development (Pentaho, Informatica, or similar), SQL, and PL/SQL programming
• Exposure to full-stack development including Java 11, Spring 5, Spring Boot 3, HTML, CSS, JSON, Angular 10+, and JavaScript is highly desirable
• Proficient in RDBMS technologies (Oracle), Pentaho Data Integration (ETL), Python, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL workflows, preferably using Pentaho Kettle.
• Advanced SQL skills, including PL/SQL development and performance tuning in Oracle and/or PostgreSQL.
• Good Python programming capabilities for data processing (e.g., pandas, multiprocessing).
• Familiarity with NoSQL or unstructured databases is an advantage.
• Experience with automation and AI-driven solutions is a plus.
