Availability to work night shifts on a 12x36 rotation according to operational needs Main Responsibilities
JD
Provide support for applications related to agribusiness and tax document messaging SEFAZ
Analyze and identify bugs operational failures and incident root causes
Log and report bugs as well as suggest process and system improvements
Develop queries and reports in PLSQL low and medium complexity
Collaborate with internal IT teams for joint problem resolution
Manage service priorities according to urgency and impact
Work aligned with project methodologies and client guidelines
