Manage the Channel Operations effectiveness of China. In charge of distributor front-to-end process included new distributor on board, renewal, termination, authorization change, cycle count, performance evaluation, training etc. Determine the best data warehouse structure and analytical models and approaches to present those information to business and functional team.
How you’ll make an impact:
• Manage distributor front-to-end process
• Conduct stocktaking in logistics platform or distributor site, resolve mutual problems to manage and enhance inventory data accuracy
• Develop complex reports including but not limited to billing, hospital, inventory, sales/dealer achievement/rebate report
• Develop and analyze reports that will help in decision making of business functions in China
• Advise business functions through the use of channel intelligence analysis and channel KPI updates
• Mindset to be customer facing problem solvers
• End result to be higher engagement score, improved feedback from BU and other stakeholder
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in Related field, 5 Years years experience previous related channel operations or sales administration in MNC experience Required
What else we look for (Preferred):
• Has the DMS (Distributor management system) experience
• Proficient with China medical device business regulation such as necessary certificates requirements
• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
