About this job:
Supports data and reporting needs within the District related to student achievement outcomes. Optimizes data usability by developing Published Data databases to be used by Research, Analytics, Assessment & Data (RAAD) analysts to streamline analyses. Frequently write queries to pull data, maintains databases, documents logic for data extraction, and writes reports using a variety of tools. Performs regular data loads, provides technical support to the Assessment Team and develops and executes processes to load both vendor and state-supplied assessment data into department databases.

What You'll Do:
• Develops Published Data databases to be used by department analysts to streamline analyses, including documentation of business rules for these databases
• Develops streamlined processes for state submissions, including preparation for submissions and documentation of business rules for state submissions
• Performs regular data loads to external assessment vendor systems
• Provides technical support to the Assessment Team with rostering, loading data, and more
• Develops and executes processes for loading of vendor and state supplied scores to department Score Repository
• Works with department staff during vendor negotiations to inform contract from technical perspective and needs and works closely with the Database Administrator and Senior Data Specialist
