You will lead the ongoing management, optimisation and support of the organisation's cyber security capabilities, ensuring critical platforms remain secure, resilient and operationally effective.
Working across Microsoft Security, AWS, CNAPP, EDR/XDR, endpoint protection and DLP technologies, you will proactively monitor platform health, assess emerging threats, and drive continuous improvements to strengthen cyber resilience.
You will also represent Cyber Engineering across strategic initiatives, partnering with stakeholders and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with organisational risk and security objectives.

You are a highly technical cyber security professional with 10+ years' experience across Cyber Security Engineering, Security Operations and enterprise security platforms within government or financial services environments.
You bring deep expertise across Microsoft Security, Defender, Sentinel, EDR/XDR, AWS and Azure security, CNAPP, DLP, endpoint protection and threat detection technologies. With a strong engineering mindset, you proactively manage and enhance cyber capabilities, optimise platform performance, and respond to an evolving threat landscape.
You have a proven track record delivering cyber initiatives, engaging senior stakeholders, and partnering with vendors such as Microsoft and Amazon. You are comfortable acting as an L3 technical lead, representing Cyber Engineering across projects, and contributing to the strategic roadmap for cyber platforms and capabilities.
