Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Operations Team in the position of Senior Billing Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and managing the billing activities carried out in the international service center and addressing escalations

• Driving the process improvement of the billing and costing done by the international service center

• Random auditing of invoices

• Ensuring and supporting the profitability of shipments

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial or accounting roles

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal communication

  • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

  • Solid working knowledge of Excel

  • Analytical skills and performance improvement methodology

  • Previous experience in the logistics industry is an asset
