Job Title:
Senior Specialist, Continuous Improvement
The Role:
Identifyimprovement opportunities in business processes and manufacturing operations from the perspectives of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS), and lead initiatives through execution.
Educate and train operators and engineers in Kaizen(TPS), Lean (Yellow Belt, Green Belt), and Six Sigma methodologies.
In this role you will:
Engageoperationemployeesand engineersto foster and sustain a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture.
Document improvement activities and outcomes as standard work and best practices.
Lead variation reduction and yield improvement initiatives usingSixSigma method.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
Experience inmanufacturinge.g., Industrial Engineering (IE), Continuous Improvement (CI), etc.
Experience in implementing one-pieceflow,standard work
Experience proactively leading on-site improvement activities, such as Kaizen, process improvement, and standardization
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Experienceparticipatingin global meetings conducted in English
Your success will be measured by:
Hasachieved clear improvements in quality, safety, cost, and productivity through CI activities and improvement projects.
Has effectively implemented Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, standard work, VSM, variation reduction, and yield improvement initiatives.
Hasprovided training on CI methodologies to operators and engineers.
