Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, or related field.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience working in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industry, including a minimum three (3) years of project/event management.
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver high-quality work within required timeframes.
  4. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information.
  6. Capable of effectively interfacing/communicating with physicians and clinical/technical customers, senior staff/executives, cross-functional team members, global sales, marketing, and business partners, or distributor organizations.
  7. Capability and flexibility to travel to hospitals, meetings, or events and participate in training activities worldwide.
  8. Ability to foster teamwork and a continuous learning environment.
  9. Expertise in MS Office, including advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and related management systems such as Monday.com or others.

Desired Qualifications

  1. Master’s degree in business, Science, or related field.
  2. Experience interacting with healthcare professionals.
  3. Knowledge of vascular anatomy with a focus on neurovascular/peripheral catheterization knowledge, techniques, and skills.
  4. Ability to effectively articulate the Organization’s product use, concepts, outcomes, and clinical device protocols and study design.
  5. Collaborative mindset with the flexibility to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
  6. Strong sense of ownership and willingness to take initiative to support project success.

Physical

  • Extended period of computer use.
  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, and speaking.
  • May be required within the position to be in an environment that can include radiation exposure (such as in Cathlabs).
  • Moderate lifting, up to 50 lbs.
  • Domestic and international travel, up to ~50% as required.
