Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and coordinate local production activities across relevant categories, working closely with Category Managers and the local Liaison Office to increase local production volume.
• Lead the planning and follow-up of local production processes, ensuring alignment with seasonal timelines and business requirements.
• Plan and monitor seasonal agreements for locally executed embellishment processes and coordinate related timelines.
• Monitor production and embellishment processes with agreed local manufacturers to ensure timely execution.
• Track Football Club Launch Plans, including local production phases and relevant communication in Türkiye.
• Work closely with the Team Sports & Football Director and Liaison Office to coordinate football clubs’ requirements and ensure effective execution of signed team jersey plans.
• Work closely with adidas Global Football BU on licensed apparel design and development.
• Manage key aspects of range management, including segmentation and distribution, and support pricing decisions to deliver target margins, volumes and value.
• Develop forecasting and relevant KPI reporting and provide scenario analysis related to respective categories.
• Follow up on global product launches and collaborate with Communication, Omni and Sales teams to ensure alignment with local launch timing and execution.
• Play an active role in clubs’ and federations’ licensed apparel business, coordinating product-related requirements and timelines throughout the collection creation lifecycle.
• Continuously seek opportunities to grow the Football & Motorsports business and follow up on competition in the local market.
• Support BU Football & Motorsports in ensuring strong exposure across relevant local and brand channels.
• Support the Manager CTC adidas with relevant reporting, data consolidation and analysis.

• Strong cross functional experience, across merchandising, category management, brand and sales
• Structured, organized and process oriented.

• Excellent presentation skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
