Job Description

As a Senior Specialist Business Analyst contributes in Product Management ideas and activities. Participates in or leads the analytical, experimental, investigative, and testing efforts in support of new product development engineering. Coordinates all phases of new product development, including research and design, financing, pricing, marketing, sales and distribution. Develops overall marketing objectives and strategy and further product development. Works closely with customer base to identify key needs and appropriate product solutions. Acts as a funnel for product development ideas . Researches market conditions to determine potential sales of a product.

Role Responsibilities -

  • As a Senior Specialist Business Analyst your focus will be developing and implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Pune, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
  • Participates on project/program teams from design to delivery of fully developed products that are ready for customer use.
  • Monitors performance and reviews schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
  • Investigates facts and reviews problems during the design and planning phases, displaying an understanding of products and their functionality
  • Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.
  • May be responsible for feasibility studies and field trials management.
  • Reviews marketing strategies including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development to manage a product or product category's life cycle
  • Interfaces with engineers, designers, suppliers and customers to develop product requirements and specifications.
  • Prepares and coordinates product introductions and updates.
  • Works closely with customer base to identify key needs and appropriate product solutions.
  • Identifies new business opportunities and creates appropriate business plans.
  • Identifies new market opportunities (i.e., products/services, technologies, markets).

We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience Required: At least 8 years
  • Prior working experience with Shareholding Disclosure and functional understanding of the Disclosures and Regime specific nuances will be something needed

Special Qualifications: Project Management or other related Certification
