
The Senior Dealer Training Specialist is someone who loves to develop others and has a passion for leveraging their experience and knowledge to help others grow. If you’re able to engage various styles of learners and conduct high level communications with dealership personnel, this might be the right role for you! You will be responsible for ongoing course and content development and will provide support for audio/video conferencing tools and services. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who can facilitate to large groups as well as provide one on one in-dealership training.
This exciting role will require frequent work week travel including overnights (approximately 75% travel is expected) - the ideal candidate will be within one hour of an airport due to national travel requirements for this role
