Advanced Excel proficiency with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Lead and manage end-to-end invoice operations within the O2C cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation.
Monitor invoicing KPIs, backlog, aging, and first time-right performance.
Ensure compliance with SLA, SOX, audit, and customer requirements.
Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, Finance, and IT teams to resolve process bottlenecks.
Support month-end close activities and ensure invoicing controls are effectively maintained.
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
5+ years of experience in O2C/Accounts Receivable/Invoicing operations with team handling experience.
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and Order-to-Cash processes.
Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience managing customer escalations, invoicing, disputes, and operational KPIs.
