Your Role

• Lead the design, validation, and continuous improvement of scalable pricing models.
• Develop robust data pipelines and analytics tools to generate actionable market and pricing insights.
• Transform complex datasets into clear recommendations that support pricing and commercial decisions.
• Partner with Commercial, Franchise, and Customer Excellence stakeholders to promote data-driven decision-making.
• Champion digitalization initiatives and embed advanced analytics across the organization.
• Ensure pricing analytics solutions are maintainable, reliable, and aligned with revenue and margin objectives.

Who You Are

• You bring a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial curiosity, with the ability to translate data into decisions that matter.
• You hold a master's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• You have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data Engineering, or pricing analytics, including working with large datasets of one million or more records.
• You are proficient in ETL methodologies, big data modeling, and at least one object oriented or functional programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript and have experience with data visualization tools.
• You have solid experience with relational and non-relational databases and are comfortable working with cloud-based data platforms.
• You can independently design, build, and maintain analytics solutions and KPI frameworks, applying self-developed protocols and best practices.
• You demonstrate AI literacy, understanding how artificial intelligence and Machine learning tools work, assessing their practical applications and limitations in a commercial analytics context, and applying ethical considerations including bias, fairness, and data governance when working with AI driven insights.
• You communicate complex analytical findings clearly to diverse stakeholders and are confident training and enabling non-technical teams on data solutions.
• You are adaptable, organized, and have a customer-oriented mindset, with prior experience in pricing, commercial, or market analytics environment considered a strong advantage
