About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack AI applications, covering front-end interfaces, back-end services, and AI model integration.
• Leverage Java and Python to build robust, scalable, and high-performance back-end systems, including APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines.
• Develop intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) to deliver exceptional user experiences for AI-powered products.
• Integrate and customize Generative AI technologies, with a focus on Dify and RAG, to enable intelligent features such as semantic search, conversational AI, and content generation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to translate AI models and algorithms into production-ready applications, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and post-launch maintenance.
• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability by following best practices, conducting code reviews, and implementing unit/integration tests.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, full-stack development, and related technologies, and proactively propose technical improvements to enhance product capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and AI integration layers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to align technical solutions with business goals and user needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in Java (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Cloud) and Python (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI) for back-end development.
• Familiarity with LLM models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Mistral) and experience in integrating LLMs into applications via APIs or open-source frameworks.
• Solid experience in front-end development, including proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, particularly Dify and RAG implementation.
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL: MsSQL, PostgreSQL; NoSQL: Redis) and data modeling for AI applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and scaling AI applications.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices: Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), version control (Git), and test-driven development (TDD).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive learning attitude and passion for exploring new AI and development technologies.
