MAJOR DUTIES:
As a proactive member of the NCC Aftermarket Team, the Senior Spare Parts Coordinator is responsible for supporting all spare parts activities across NCC’s customer base and business units. This role acts as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient spare parts quoting, order processing, and fulfillment.
This position plays a critical role as the “Voice of the Customer,” ensuring responsiveness, accuracy, and strong relationship management while supporting revenue growth and operational performance.
