We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team in the heart of Mayfair. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven culinary professional to play a key leadership role in a luxury hotel environment, delivering exceptional food experiences while developing and inspiring a high‑performing kitchen brigade.

Education

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

OR

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred
