As a Senior Sous Chef, you work closely with the Head Chef and the kitchen leadership team. You’re there where it all happens—in day-to-day operations, in the team, and in the development of what we serve.
You lead, inspire, and ensure that every plate leaving the kitchen is of the highest standard—even when the pace is at its highest.
Lead and support the daily operations of the kitchen
Ensure top-level quality, flavor, and presentation
Coach and develop the team
Maintain high standards in hygiene and food safety
Contribute to menu work and seasonal variations
Ensure the kitchen runs efficiently—from storage to service
Collaborate closely with the restaurant team
Be a safe and confident leader during intense service shifts
