What We’re Looking For (and Why You’re a Great Fit)

We’re looking for a strategic senior sourcing professional with strong commercial and technical understanding, proven supplier management experience, and the ability to work effectively across functions. This is a great opportunity for some travel, (approx. 30%) and you may need to work some early morning hours. Here’s what will help you succeed in this role:

  • Strategic Sourcing Expertise: Strong knowledge of strategic purchasing, supplier relationship management, negotiations, and total cost of ownership principles.
  • Business & Technical Acumen: Understanding of financing fundamentals, agreement law, risk analysis, supplier audits, and manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D processes.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field is a plus. Additional training, education, or experience in sales or strategic procurement is valued.
  • Core Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, collaboration, and change management skills, with fluency in English.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in strategic purchasing or sourcing, with experience in mechanical engineering, production, purchasing, or R&D environments.

What’s in It for You (and Why You’ll Love It Here)

You will join a team that truly values you and your contributions. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Great Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary ($101,000 – $126,000), plus medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) with a company contribution of 5%, along with a matching contribution.
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, 14 weeks of paid parental leave, and wellness programs.
  • Growth & Development: Leadership programs, skills development, and opportunities to advance your career.
  • A Supportive Team: An inclusive, diverse team where everyone’s voice matters. You’ll feel supported, respected, and empowered to bring your best self to work.
