Job Title: Senior Furniture Sourcing Manager

Experience Required: Furniture sourcing and Asia supply chain experience
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Senior Sourcing Manager to join our Vietnam sourcing office based in Binh Duong Province. This position plays a key leadership role in managing the end-to-end sourcing process across Vietnam, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and the Philippines, while acting as a direct liaison with U.S. customers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong furniture industry knowledge, be able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin, and have hands-on experience working with factories across Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
1. U.S. Client Communication & Project Alignment
Act as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients, holding regular video calls and meetings.
Clearly understand and translate client requirements related to product design, quality standards, compliance, packaging, and delivery timelines to the sourcing and factory teams.
Provide timely project updates, pre-production sample reviews, and issue resolution follow-ups.
2. Supplier & Vendor Management (Asia-wide)
Source and develop reliable furniture manufacturers across Vietnam, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Evaluate and monitor vendor performance in areas of pricing, capacity, quality, social compliance, and production lead time.
Build long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers based on product category and market demand.
3. Product Development & Technical Guidance
Collaborate with clients and internal designers to guide product development from concept through production.
Review technical drawings, construction details, BOM, and material usage to ensure feasibility and cost efficiency.
Lead new product sampling and engineering improvement.
