Position Purpose:
The Senior Sourcing Manager owns the end-to-end sourcing strategy for volume hiring, translating business demand into a scalable, cost-efficient candidate funnel. This role goes beyond campaign execution — it sets sourcing direction across channels and vendors, governs sourcing spend through regular audits, and uses analytics and reporting to ensure day-to-day targets are consistently met. The Senior Sourcing Manager is accountable for both the quality and cost-efficiency of applicant flow, and for building the sourcing function's long-term capability and resilience against peak-season demand (e.g., AEP).

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing Leadership

  • Own and evolve the company's overall sourcing strategy for volume hiring, aligning channel mix and campaign design to business growth and seasonal demand

  • Provide strategic direction on sourcing channels, emerging platforms, and methods for both volume and functional/niche talent

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with sourcing vendors and platforms, negotiating terms that balance quality, speed, and cost

Sourcing Audit and Cost Governance

  • Conduct regular audits of sourcing activities across all channels to validate campaign effectiveness, vendor performance, and adherence to sourcing SOPs

  • Own cost-per-hire, cost-per-source, and overall sourcing budget performance; identify and correct inefficientspendacross channels and vendors

  • Prepare and present audit findings and cost-efficiency reports to leadership, with clear recommendations for reallocation or optimization

Analytics-Driven Performance Management

  • Establish and maintain sourcing dashboards/scorecards to track daily and weekly funnel health (applicant flow, conversion, source yield, cost) against targets

  • Use data to proactively flag funnel gaps and course-correct sourcing activity before day-to-day targets are missed

  • Translate sourcing data into actionable insight for TA leadership, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across channels and sites

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee execution of sourcing initiatives across all channels and ensure timely, detailed post-activity reporting

  • Maximize existing sourcing resources, tools, and procedures to drive maximum efficiency across the team

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sourcing team to execute against strategy and analytics-based targets

  • Other strategic or operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; a business, HR, or analytics-related degree is a plus

  • 5-8 years of high-volume recruitment sourcing experience in the contact center/BPO industry, including 2+ years in a managerial or senior individual contributor capacity with team or vendor oversight

  • Proven experience managing sourcing budgets, conducting audits, or owning cost-efficiency metrics (cost-per-hire, ROI by channel)

  • Strong working knowledge of sourcing analytics tools and reporting (e.g., dashboards, ATS reporting, Excel/BI tools) to drive data-based decisions

  • Deep knowledge of multiplesourcingstrategies, channels, and vendor ecosystems for mass/volume recruitment

  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management, writing, and oral communication skills

  • Ability to operate strategically while staying close enough to daily metrics to catch and correct issues in real time

If you’ve got the skills to succeed and the motivation to make it happen, we look forward to hearing from you.
