In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be/ 工作职责描述

1. A Be responsible to provide feedback to the multiple inquiries about Supply Chain / Sourcing from NPD/RTP projects team. And presenting Supply Chain official input to NPD&RTP project team according to the guideline. 负责对新产品研发和产品转移团队提出的供应链、供应商开发相关问题并依照供应链的相关规定提供正式的反馈和建议。

2. To provide Supply Chain Solution, Sourcing Analysis and Deliverables to NPD/RTP projects Gate Reviews according to the NPD/RTP & Supply Chain Guideline.依照新产品研发及产品转移，以及供应链管理部门的相关流程和规定，对新产品研发、产品转移的项目的关口审核提供供应链管理方面的解决方案、供应链风险分析和供应链相关的任务。

3. Make sure all Supply Chain Deliverables & feedback to NPD/RTP projects meet the project schedule & Plan确保供应链反馈及相关任务符合新产品研发及产品转移的时间表和相关计划。

4. Be responsible for the price negotiation with regional suppliers for NPD/RTP projects and do great effort to meet the cost targets from project team.负责针对本地供应商，新产品研发及产品转移的价格谈判，并尽最大努力符合项目成本目标。

5. Keep the on time, regular and accurate communication with Global Supply Chain team about the Supplier Selection, Price and Supply Chain Solutions before publishing to NPD/RTP project team. 在与新产品研发和产品转移团队沟通之前，确保就供应商选择、价格和相关解决方案与全球供应链管理团队的及时、准确、经常性的沟通。

6. Any Supply Chain Solutions and Supplier selection need to meet the goal of RDSL/PDSL, PPM, 5days Lead Time and the other requirement of Perfect Execution for Supply Chain. 任何供应链解决方案和供应商选择，都应本着满足供应链管理交货期、交货质量指标和其他完美执行的要求为原则。

7. Be responsible for multiple Buyout Inquiries from Sales Team, Ensure the quotation feedback to Buyout Inquiries within the defined time and meet the other requirement in Buyout Dashboard.负责处理销售团队第三方产品询价，并保证供应商报价在规定时间内反馈并且符合第三方产品的各项指标要求。

8. To manage the suppliers developed by Sourcing Team and act as a critical role in communicating with suppliers负责管理供应商开发工程师开发的新供应商，并担当主要沟通角色。

9. To generate the MSA, BUSA with the new developed suppliers by following up the process of ECM and contract with new suppliers on web link of ECM依照艾默生合同管理的要求创建MSA，BUSA确保新供应商相关采购合同列在ECM网站。

10. Keep the Supply Chain cost containment driving by NPD & RTP projects to be uploaded to the Global IM trackers由于新产品研发和产品转移项目形成的采购成本降低金额，记录在全球采购成本降低记录中。

11. Lead related transferring project from global/oversea companies and new design part launching projects.能够领导海外工厂转移到国内工厂和新型设计产品投产项目。

12. Smoothy communication with global commodity team managers/engineering team to support China team projects and day-to-day job. 和全球产品经理工程团队顺畅沟通，具有全球事业和大局观，支持日常和项目工作。

13. 确保所选择的供应商的资质符合国家法律法规要求，如化学品供应商，劳动防护用品供应商，危险废弃物收集及处理供应商、施工承包商等，收集并维护相关证明文件及资质。

In This Role, You Will Need/ 任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程背景或相关专业；

   Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related;

2. 熟悉国家、国际商务贸易法律法规和操作实践；

   Familiar with China and International Trade & commercial contract law and related regulation, and operation skills;

3. 良好的公文撰写能力

   Skilled at document writing;

4. 良好的英文读写能力，流利英语口语；

   Fluent English in speaking, Good at listening, writing and reading;

5. 8年以上供应商管理、开发等相关工作经验

   Over 8 years’ Supplier Management, development working experience are required；

6. 六西格玛和精益质量管理工具相关知识和工作经验

   6 Sigma/ Lean knowledge and project experience

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart / 最佳匹配的任职要求

1. 外企生产制造业工作经历优先；

   Working experience in MNC manufacturing industry is a plus;

2. 供应链管理相关证书持有者CPSM/SCMP

Holder of related supply chain certifications.
