Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Analyst to join our team to help drive forward our customer proposition dedicated to servicing the EMEA region with Tender response / RFP activity.
This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / vendor premises and home as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
• To prepare and take ownership of the quote / tender process with our supply chain and analyzing the responses for new + existing business opportunities including working with the wider project team to deliver the final pricing
• Working with the Client Services teams when required in the analysis of historic data (trend, product specifications, order patterns etc) and indexation in line with contractual deliverables
• To work closely with the Strategic Sourcing & Client Services teams to develop and build product price rate cards, assess savings and build pricing tools
• Undertake other projects where necessary to develop and provide in depth analysis & summaries
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
• Experience in large format temporary 2D and 3D Print, Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and with a broad understanding of production processes will be advantageous
• Confident IT skills and Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots, data manipulation)
• A focused individual with a high degree of accuracy and a logical and tenacious approach to tasks
• The ability to work independently while working through data, but also confident in working closely with various teams in the business
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• You would ideally have experience in the Print or Point of Sale Materials (POSM) sectors
