Shape the future of digital solutions for Smart Grids and environmental infrastructures

LACROIX Environment, part of LACROIX Group, develops connected technologies that support the digital transformation of energy and environmental infrastructures. Within the SAE Business Unit, digital platforms and solutions play a critical role in enabling long‑term value creation, cybersecurity compliance, and scalable recurring revenues.

To accelerate this transformation, we are creating a new, highly strategic role Senior Solutions & Value Stream Manager This position is a senior, individual‑contributor role with strong strategic exposure, responsible for shaping and driving one of SAE’s key product & solution value streams.

Your role and impact

You will take ownership of a solutions and digital value stream, alongside two existing value streams, and play a central role in defining SAE’s mid‑ to long‑term digital roadmap.

Your mission is to connect market needs, technology, and business value, while ensuring clarity, prioritization, and execution excellence across product and solution lifecycles.

This role offers high visibility, including exposure to Environment management and COMEX‑level discussions, and contributes directly to the group’s digital and environmental ambitions.

Your main responsibilities

Portfolio strategy & roadmap

  • Define and continuously evolve the mid‑ to long‑term product and solution roadmap,
  • Structure the portfolio by use cases, customer segments, and market priorities,
  • Drive prioritization and investment recommendations (build / buy / partner).

Go‑to‑market & launches

  • Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market activities for product launches and major releases,
  • Define value propositions, positioning, and sales enablement content,
  • Ensure cross‑functional alignment and launch readiness.

Market intelligence & strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, standards, and regulatory developments,
  • Translate insights into portfolio, pricing, and positioning decisions,
  • Support strategic bids and key customer engagements.

Customer value & differentiation

  • Define clear customer value propositions and differentiation drivers,
  • Contribute to commercial strategy and growth opportunities,
  • Maintain strong proximity to customers, ecosystems, and industry bodies/

Cybersecurity & compliance positioning

  • Embed cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks (e.g. IEC 62443, NIS2, CRA) into solution narratives,
  • Translate technical requirements into customer‑facing value.

Lifecycle & execution excellence

  • Ensure structured product lifecycle management,
  • Track performance (revenue, adoption, margins) and drive improvements,
  • Contribute to recurring revenue models and platform‑based solutions.

Qualifications

The profile we are looking for

Must‑have experience and skills

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability,
  • Proven ability to present and defend topics at COMEX / executive level,
  • Excellent go‑to‑market expertise for complex products or solutions,
  • Deep customer and market orientation,
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills,
  • Ability to build business cases with incomplete or evolving data,
  • Strong stakeholder management in matrix organizations,
  • Solid understanding of OT/IT environments and Smart Grid architectures.

Nice‑to‑have

  • Knowledge of protocols such as IEC 61850, IEC 104, MQTT,
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks.
