About the role:

One of our product offerings is Jifflenow. it is a solution designed to help sales and marketing teams automate the scheduling, management, and reporting of meetings. We’re looking for Solutions Specialists who are ready to actively oversee the configuration of Jifflenow. As a product specialist, you will join our dynamic, close-knit Client Services department and gain best-in-class customer service experience. Solutions Specialists serve as our clients’ primary point of contact while they are using Cvent’s software. In this role, you will be responsible for exercising an expert-level of product knowledge to ensure our clients are able to realize the full benefits of Cvent’s software. Solutions Specialists spend 70 percent of the day assisting clients on the phone or via email, in addition to other special products and daily activities.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, creative thinking, and problem solving. They should be extremely motivated with excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, fun work environment. As a Senior Solutions Specialist, they will join a team of service delivery professionals committed to helping customers achieve the highest level of success. Senior Solution Specialists have an exemplary mastery of the Cvent Event Solutions platform and demonstrate product expertise by implementing, training, consulting, and troubleshooting customer needs.

In This Role, You Will:

  • On board new Jifflenow clients through training, implementing their accounts and understanding their needs
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and understanding of the mentioned solutions when assisting customers on scheduled phone calls
  • Collaborate with team members to discuss the unique needs of customers internally in order to best facilitate calls and make recommendations
  • Gather customer requests for future releases of the product and collaborate with the technology team on requirements
  • Collaborate with content team to develop and enhance knowledge base articles, learning paths and customer-facing documentation
  • Participation in stretch responsibilities geared towards business improvements like, mentoring the newest members of the Solution Specialist team during the training process
  • Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting clients both on the phone and via email
  • Collaborate with the sales team to introduce new features and opportunities to clients

Here's What You Need:

  • Experience required - 3 to 5 years
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials preferred
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
  • Comfort working with technical products, platforms, and tools to configure solutions that meet customer needs
  • Passionate about customer success with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Should be extremely motivated with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fun work environment
  • Ability to collaborate with customers to identify their requirements and design tailored solutions
  • A proactive attitude toward staying up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and can multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
