As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you own high-impact presales engagements in a fast-scaling environment. You drive deals forward with clarity, structure, and a strong value narrative — while constantly raising the bar for how we sell, demo, and win.
This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, brings structured thinking from consulting or scale-ups, and is motivated by continuous improvement rather than maintaining the status quo.

Beyond deal execution, you will actively raise the bar for the team by mentoring colleagues, building reusable solution frameworks, and feeding structured market and customer insights back to Product and Go-to-Market stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

What You will Do

• Own complex presales opportunities end-to-end — from discovery and value positioning to demo execution and deal strategy
• Translate customer challenges into compelling, value-driven solution narratives tailored to persona and use case
• Deliver high-impact demos with clear storyline, strong differentiation, and confidence in high-stakes situations
• Act as a strategic partner to Sales, shaping deal direction and increasing win rates
• Go beyond execution: continuously challenge and improve how we work
  • Identify patterns in deals, objections, and win/loss data
  • Turn insights into scalable frameworks (discovery, demos, POVs)
  • Drive adoption of best practices across the team
• Mentor and coach other Presales team members, raising the overall bar
• Act as a bridge to Product & GTM by feeding back structured market and customer insights

Your Experience

We’re intentionally looking for people who have seen and thrived in fast-moving environments

• Experience in Presales / Solutions Engineering / Consulting within a B2B software or scale-up environment
• Background in fast-paced companies (scale-ups, high-growth SaaS, or consulting) — you’re used to speed, ambiguity, and constant change
  • A strong growth mindset you don’t stop when things are working — you continuously push for better outcomes and challenge the status quo
• Ability to bring structure into complexity and elevate deal quality
• Proven track record of influencing deals and improving win rates
• Excellent customer-facing skills: discovery, executive conversations, objection handling
• Strong demo skills: you don’t just show features — you tell a convincing story
• Experience mentoring or elevating others is a strong plus
• Fluent in English and German
