RingCentral is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer – Enterprise (India)to lead technical strategy for large, strategic pursuits across BFSI, BPO/KPO/ITES and multi-site enterprise environments.
This is a senior, individual contributor role designed for experienced telecom and contact center architects who have built and transformed large-scale voice environments and now want to influence enterprise cloud transformation conversations.
As a trusted technical advisor, you will partner closely with Enterprise Sales and global Solutions Engineering teams to define, position, and validate complex UCaaS + CCaaS + AI solutions.
You will shape architecture strategy, lead deep technical discovery, and influence decision-makers at CIO/CTO and CX leadership levels.
This is a strategic pre-sales rolefocused on architecture authority, competitive positioning, and enterprise transformation.
