What You Will Do
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance security integration within development workflows.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Engage in pre-sales activities, supporting the sales team with technical expertise and insights.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 6–8 years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical support role within the cybersecurity or software development industry.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD processes and tools, with a focus on security integration.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Preferred
- Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices in software development.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, particularly in enterprise settings.
- Knowledge of various programming languages and their security implications.
Compensation and Benefits
