Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients for PDFS software applications (Exensio Test / Exensio Yield).
• Collect client's questions and requirements; analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Conduct software testing and validation to ensure application robustness and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, sales, service) to ensure successful software integration and deployment.
• Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth product adoption.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows Server (2022 or later) and Linux, including basic network setup and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using Oracle SQL and/or SQL Server — capable of writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction and verification.
• Experience in programming or scripting, with the ability to understand, modify, or develop automation scripts or small software modules.

Preferred / Desirable Attributes

• Strong client-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), capable of supporting global or regionally dispersed clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple open issues, and drive them to resolution.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new software tools and environments, and proactive in staying current with relevant technologies.
• Prior experience in ATE/test program generation/test automation is a strong plus.

Pay Range

TWD $2,000,000.00 - TWD $3,000,000.00 /Yr.
