The Senior Solution Engineer (SE) collaborates closely with client executives to align NetApp's technical strategy with the customer's long-term vision and goals. The SE addresses business and IT challenges by providing uniquely differentiated solutions. This role involves engaging with a wide range of customer stakeholders and leveraging the appropriate NetApp team and expertise in solutions, products, ecosystems, and industry knowledge.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer in NetApp's Sales Function, you will primarily provide pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions. You will utilise your technical expertise and our cutting-edge data storage portfolio to address customers' technical needs and deliver successful business results, focusing on expanding our presence within existing and new clients together with business partners.
· At least 12 Years of experience and expertise in technical specifications on storage product and services
· Prior experience of working in capacity of Solutions Engineer, Pre Sales Architect, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect on storage technologies
· (Preferred) Specialised knowledge in Cloud, Storage, AI/ML, Database, Microservice, Enterprise Application or DevOps is advantageous
· Operate as Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) and has the ability to influence Sales team, driving initiatives and act as a Decision-maker on Projects
