Position:
Solutions Designer (Senior)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Designer with experience
designing and enhancing complex enterprise technology solutions. This role
requires expertise in cloud technologies, application design, testing
strategies, Agile delivery, security, privacy, and healthcare interoperability
standards. The successful candidate will contribute to the design,
implementation, testing, and ongoing support of large-scale solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide
  guidance on testing strategy, test plans, testing tools, and testing
  resource requirements.
• 
  Plan
  and organize testing efforts for large systems, including system
  integration, specialized, and user acceptance testing.
• 
  Develop
  test plans, test scripts, and test cases, and execute testing activities
  across system components.
• 
  Execute
  functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• 
  Validate
  system functionality under a variety of business and technical scenarios.
• 
  Identify,
  document, and track software defects using appropriate defect management
  tools.
• 
  Collaborate
  with development teams to reproduce and resolve defects.
• 
  Develop
  and maintain automated test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD
  pipelines.
• 
  Conduct
  performance, stress, and load testing activities.
• 
  Ensure
  compliance with accessibility standards including AODA requirements.
• 
  Collaborate
  with developers, business analysts, project managers, architects, and
  technical teams.
• 
  Participate
  in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and
  retrospectives.
• 
  Maintain
  test documentation, quality metrics, user documentation, and release
  notes.
• 
  Ensure
  testing and delivery processes align with regulatory and industry
  standards.
• 
  Lead
  and coordinate the design, development, enhancement, and implementation of
  complex technology solutions.
• 
  Translate
  business requirements into effective application and solution designs.
• 
  Work
  with architecture, infrastructure, deployment, security, and privacy teams
  to ensure compliant solution delivery.
• 
  Produce
  detailed design artifacts to support development and testing activities.
• 
  Provide
  technical leadership, performance tuning recommendations, and continuous
  improvement guidance.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 
  Experience
  designing, developing, and enhancing large-scale, high-profile technology
  solutions.
• 
  Experience
  with cloud technologies, containerization, orchestration, and
  microservices.
• 
  Strong
  knowledge of application, infrastructure, hardware, and network design
  principles.
• 
  Experience
  with healthcare interoperability standards, particularly FHIR.
• 
  Experience
  overseeing solution implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• 
  Experience
  with JavaScript ES6+, Spring Framework, Quarkus, Angular 9+, Angular
  Material, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
• 
  Experience
  with CI/CD automation and Azure DevOps.
• 
  Experience
  producing design artifacts and collaborating with enterprise architects.
• 
  Experience
  working with security and privacy requirements in enterprise environments.
• 
  Working
  knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, and SharePoint.

Quality Assurance & Testing Experience

• 
  Experience
  planning, organizing, and executing testing initiatives.
• 
  Experience
  with functional, non-functional, integration, regression, performance,
  load, and user acceptance testing.
• 
  Experience
  creating test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test data.

  with automation tools, defect management tools, and version control
  systems.

  Experience
  validating data integrity, migration, and transformation processes.
• 
  Familiarity
  with Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter, LoadRunner, ALM, JIRA, TestRail,
  Zephyr, or similar tools.
• 
  Knowledge
  of SDLC methodologies and structured quality assurance practices.
