Grade: Technical 411Pay Range: $161,000.00 - $249,500.00The Senior Solutions Architect designs, implements, maintains, and solves extremely complex enterprise-wide technical projects and solutions with an expertise in a particular technology. This role uses discretion to fully scope current systems and applies technical proficiency, creativity, and collaboration to recommend enhancements and solutions to ensure flexibility, resilience, scalability, and high performance of complex technical problems. The Senior Solutions Architect is recognized as a master within the technical discipline and will possess extensive experience in building robust systems and strong collaboration, design, and negotiation skills to align technology solutions with business objectives. This role will identify pain points and use independent judgement to design, modify, and recommend technical solutions to solve complex company problems. The Senior Solutions Architect will be deeply involved in daily cross-functional work, people training, collaboration, and team influencing, and regularly interacts with both stakeholders, subject matter experts, and executive leadership.

In this role, you will serve as a recognized technical leader, influencing architecture decisions and guiding teams through complex Salesforce implementations. You will identify opportunities for optimization, define future-state architecture, and ensure the delivery of secure, high-performing, and scalable systems that align with organizational goals.
Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions that meet complex enterprise requirements
Translate business needs into flexible, resilient technical designs across Salesforce and integrated systems
Define current, iterative, and future-state architecture strategies for large-scale initiatives
Provide expert-level technical guidance to cross-functional teams and leadership
Lead solution evaluations, including tools, platforms, and vendors, ensuring best-fit decisions
Mentor and develop engineers and technical teams, elevating overall Salesforce capabilities
Drive alignment across stakeholders by communicating complex technical concepts in a clear, actionable way
10 years of relevant experience.
4 years as Solutions Architect or 8 years in a technical leadership role (e.g., technical lead, principal engineer).
Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including platform design, integrations, and scalability considerations
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and best practices
Proven experience building high-resiliency systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and fault tolerance
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical direction at scale
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with executive leadership
Proficiency with architecture visualization and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to independently identify and resolve complex challenges
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of UML (Unified Modeling Language)
Certifications in Salesforce, cloud technologies, or enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
