The Role:
We're hiring a Senior Solution Engineer to join our sales team, partnering directly with Account Executives to win new customers across the full Datacor ERP and add-on suite. This is a customer-facing, deal-critical role: you'll run discovery, design and deliver tailored demonstrations, and build the technical and business case that gets prospects to "yes." You'll carry a full pipeline of active opportunities and be expected to travel onsite up to 50% in the US and Canada for discovery sessions and executive-level demos.
This role sits within a growing Solution Engineering team built around repeatable, high-quality discovery and demo practices. You'll inherit established frameworks for discovery documentation, demo scoring, and SOW handoff, and be expected to sharpen them further.
