The purpose of this job
This role is the technical design authority and application architecture owner for the Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform ecosystem powering Bupa's Provider Management experience. The role will define and own the application blueprint, solution architecture, integration patterns, application design standards, security models, environment and ALM strategy, technical roadmaps, NFRs and architecture guardrails across Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Pages, and Azure integration services.
Embedded with delivery squads from discovery through delivery and operational handover, the role ensures solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, maintainable, supportable, and aligned to enterprise architecture. This is a hands-on role that will draw on deep Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure expertise, while providing architecture-level accountability and decision authority for relevant applications, including application architecture, integration patterns, and data models.
