STACI is becoming Paxon.

As part of the evolution of STACI into Paxon, we are looking for a Senior Solution Design Manager to join our Solution Design & Pricing organisation.

Paxon, the new name for STACI as part of the bnode group, brings together international expertise in contract logistics and develops tailored solutions to meet the complex needs of our customers.

Location: Paris - Hybrid

Travel: Up to 20-25%

Your role

As Senior Solution Design Manager, you will be part of the Paxon Solution Design & Pricing team, a network of experts in logistics, engineering and solution design.

Your mission is to strengthen our local teams, particularly in France, by providing high-level Solution Design & Pricing expertise, developing common tools, methodologies and standards, and providing hands-on support for complex, strategic or high-profile projects.

You will report to the Director, Project Management & Operational Excellence France, with a functional reporting line to the Paxon Group Solution Design & Pricing leadership.

The role will play an important part in the transition from STACI to Paxon, combining the strong operational expertise and market presence historically developed by STACI in France with the capabilities and standards of a broader international group.

Your responsibilities

• Design innovative and competitive logistics solutions for new contracts, renewals and strategic projects.
• Support local teams with complex data analysis, operational modelling and solution design.
• Develop and maintain Solution Design & Pricing tools, standards, methodologies and guidelines.
• Assess the operational feasibility and financial viability of proposed solutions.
• Prepare and lead solution presentations for a wide range of stakeholders, from operational teams to senior executives and customers.
• Support implementation teams to ensure an effective transition from solution design to operational deployment.
• Develop and deliver training, facilitate workshops and strengthen Solution Design capabilities across teams and regions.
• Build and develop a central knowledge base, capturing best practices and proven solutions from across the group.
• Build a strong network of experts and promote collaboration between France and other Paxon entities.
• Provide global expertise to support local continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with external experts, suppliers and solution integrators to identify new technologies and market developments.
• Contribute directly to profitable growth by developing competitive, innovative solutions tailored to our customers' needs.

Who are you?

You are an experienced contract logistics, Solution Design or logistics engineering professional who can turn complex customer and operational requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions.

You bring:

• At least 10 years of experience in Solution Design, logistics engineering, operations or a comparable role within a 3PL, distribution or fulfilment environment.
• Strong experience in supply chain, solution engineering, process design or business development within contract logistics.
• The ability to analyse complex problems and develop integrated, pragmatic and creative solutions.
• Strong data analysis, modelling and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, together with experience using 3D design and modelling tools.
• The ability to structure ways of working and establish common standards, tools and processes.
• A strong consultative mindset, with the ability to challenge, advise and support others in developing better solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills within an international and multicultural environment.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, economics, supply chain or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to travel up to 20-25%, primarily for site visits, projects and customer meetings or presentations.
