The new systems don't just store data and run workflows. They analyse, recommend, and take on real work for a team. Tasks that used to take weeks can now happen in a short conversation. The companies that use this well will hire, develop, and keep their people better than the rest.

This is where a Solution Consultant makes the difference. In a shift like this, the product doesn't sell itself. Someone has to help clients see what is now possible, connect it to a real problem they have, and prove it. That is your job.

Why this role matters

As an SC at Cornerstone, you turn interesting technology into a clear reason to buy. You sit at the centre of the sales team. You bring solid talent management knowledge together with a real understanding of what AI can do today, and you help clients rethink how they hire, develop, and grow their people.

You work closely with Sales Executives and other teams to set Cornerstone apart. You do this by listening carefully, building trust, and helping clients look at talent management in a new way. Your goal is simple to say and hard to do: understand what each client wants to achieve and why, then show them clearly and credibly how Cornerstone gets them there.

In this role, you will

• Deliver demonstrations that convince. Not feature tours, but focused, tailored stories that show clients how AI-driven talent workflows solve their problems, in person and online.
• Design solutions together with clients. Map their current situation, then show how AI agents and connected systems can take over real HR work: surfacing insights, automating routine tasks, and acting across the tools they already use.
• Be the trusted technical translator. Move between a C-level vision conversation and a practical discussion about how data, integrations, and automation fit together.
• Uncover the requirements behind every deal. Understand the business and technical needs, and adjust your approach to show why Cornerstone works better than legacy systems and competitors.
• Build lasting client relationships. Through clear communication, good follow-up, and demonstrations people remember.
• Bring the field back into the product. Share what you hear with R&D and Product Management, and work with Professional Services to align solutions, project plans, and RFP responses into one smooth experience for the client.
• Keep learning. Sharpen your view on where HR, AI, and enterprise architecture are going, so you are well prepared in every conversation.

What we are looking for

We are open to experienced solution consultants and to thriving talents who are early in their pre-sales journey but bring the right drive and curiosity. What matters most is the mix below.

• Experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or a related client-facing role, or a strong track record that shows you can get there fast.
• An interest in HR software and a willingness to build deep knowledge of talent management and the HR-tech ecosystem.
• Real fluency with AI in your daily work. You already use it to work smarter, you have a feel for what AI agents and automation can and cannot do, and you are curious about how connected systems and integrations fit together.
• The mindset of a builder. You take ownership, test solutions, and improve things instead of waiting for a spec.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, comfortable with both hands-on users and senior stakeholders.
• The ability to manage several things at once with good attention to detail and time management.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams and projects with many stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and your local language(s), so you can build trust in different markets.

This compensation package may also include annual bonuses, short- and program-specific awards depending on the role, and a comprehensive benefit offering. The disclosed salary range reflects the geographic differential based on the location of the position if applicable. The starting salary for the successful applicant will depend on several job-related factors, including education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, and market demands.
