We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our pre-sales team in the SOLA region (South Latin America)
This is a high-impact role where you will partner with sales teams and customers to design next-generation Customer Experience solutions powered by AI and cloud technologies, helping organizations transform how they engage with their customers.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role, combining consultative engagement, solution architecture, and the ability to translate business challenges into AI-enabled customer experience transformations
Partner with Sales and customers across SOLA to design AI-powered CX strategies and solutions
Lead consultative discovery sessions focused on business outcomes, customer journeys, and experience gaps
Position Genesys Cloud as an experience orchestration platform, not just a contact center solution
Deliver compelling demos and presentations tailored to both business and technical stakeholders
Design scalable architectures including CCaaS, AI capabilities, integrations, APIs, and cloud ecosystems
Identify and articulate AI use cases across the customer journey (self-service, agent assist, personalization, analytics)
Build business cases clearly linked to ROI, operational efficiency, and customer loyalty
Support RFx processes with strong technical and strategic positioning
Collaborate with partners to drive innovation and adoption of AI-driven solutions
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or solution architecture
Strong understanding of CX, CCaaS, and customer journey orchestration
Experience working with or positioning AI capabilities in CX (bots, agent assist, analytics, GenAI)
Solid knowledge of cloud architectures, APIs, and integrations
Ability to translate technology into business value and strategic impact
Experience engaging with enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders
Strong communication, storytelling, and influencing skills
Intermediate to advanced English (preferred)
Experience in South Latin America (SOLA) markets is highly valued
