Job Description
We are hiring a hands-on Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture, presales, and delivery across multi-cloud, on-prem and hybrid platforms, including cloud consolidation strategies (Eastern and Western cloud ecosystems).
This role operates flexibly across presales, delivery, or both within a client engagement, shaping solutions, contributing to bids, and ensuring execution aligned to business outcomes.
This role is suited for architects who can independently assess, recommend, consolidate, and transform enterprise cloud landscapes.
You will work with highly technical clients and strong offshore engineering teams, where your value is measured by depth of cloud expertise, clarity of solution structuring, consulting mindset, and ability to influence outcomes from day one.
What You Will Do
- Lead multi-cloud assessment and discovery, including application, infrastructure, and workload analysis
- Define cloud strategy and consolidation roadmap, including Eastern vs Western cloud ecosystems and hybrid/private cloud integration (e.g., Huawei-based environments)
- Hybrid cloud and private cloud platforms, including on-prem and enterprise private cloud implementations (e.g., Huawei and similar providers)
- Perform cloud comparison and recommendation across AWS, Azure, GCP, and regional cloud providers based on business, regulatory, and technical constraints
- Design and implement integrated cloud and private cloud landing zones, including networking, identity, security, and observability foundations across public cloud, on-prem, and private cloud platforms (e.g., Huawei and other enterprise providers)
- Establish cloud governance and policy frameworks, ensuring compliance, control, and scalability
- Set up and mature Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) and operating models
- Define and implement FinOps frameworks for cost visibility, optimization, and control
- Lead migration planning and execution, including workload classification, wave planning, and migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor)
- Drive cloud consolidation initiatives, reducing fragmentation across multiple cloud providers and optimizing for cost, performance, and governance
- Architect enterprise-scale, mission-critical cloud platforms
with focus on scalability, resilience, and performance
- Solve complex cloud engineering challenges (multi-region design, latency, failover, cost optimization)
- Collaborate with strong offshore engineering teams that require architectural depth and influencing through deep technical guidance, sharing the solution proposal workload by holding the pen, not supervision
- Build compelling demos, POCs, and architecture artefacts proactively to support solution proposals
- Navigate enterprise complexity and align stakeholders across business, technology, and operations
- Lead solutioning end-to-end in presales, including shaping proposals, defining architecture, and creating differentiated technical positioning

- Continuously learn and stay current with evolving multi-cloud technologies and ecosystem trends
Requirements
- 15+ years in end-to-end SDLC / cloud engineering with extensive hands-on architecture experience (minimum 6+ years as a cloud architect)
- Proven track record architecting and delivering large-scale multi-cloud and hybrid cloud transformations
- Experience across presales, solutioning, and delivery
- Ability to structure solutions clearly and influence highly technical stakeholders
- Good to have exposure to Data, AI, and Application Modernization architectures
Strong experience in:
- Multi-cloud strategy and cloud consolidation
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, regional clouds)
- Landing zones, governance, and operating models
