Senior Solution Architect – Growth Acceleration

We translate customer behaviour and performance data into sharp insights and informed choices and convert these into scalable solutions with a direct impact on customer experience and commercial results.
In our multidisciplinary teams, you will work together with the best people in the field: from proposition managers and journey experts to UX/UI designers, data analysts, developers, architects, business analysts and product owners. Together we achieve impact from start to finish: from formulating the right customer question to experimenting, building, launching and continuous improvement.

As a SeniorSolution Architect for Growth Acceleration 0-30, you play a crucial role in enhancing the digital experience and shape the digital heart of Rabobank.
To launch the new proposition, many features need to be built by multiple teams across Rabobank. This requires intensive and high pace architecture alignment with these teams to make sure we build scalable and futureproof solutions, under high time pressure. In a team of several solution architects, we drive change throughout the whole organisation by delivering architecture guidance.

Top 3 responsibilites
Drive and align architecture designs that are needed for 0-30 GA, inside and outside of the Pulse organisation. Enabling on-time delivery everything that is needed for go-live on a futureproof architecture.
Act as an expert consultant and lead and inspire your squads to enable craftsmanship and autonomy within your architectural boundaries.
Guide and monitor the solution development aligned to architecture, security and compliance.
Support the architecture processes, governance and quality by maintaining an overview of all open architecture issues and deliverables and driving timely follow-up.

Senior experience as a Solution Architect in a large, complex enterprise environment (preferably financial services).
Pre: Extensive knowledge on Rabobank Retail-NL Architecture and organisation.
Pre: Knowledge on Rabobank tech platforms like ROP standards, Senses, Angular, Java/Sprintboot, Cloudfoundry, RDS, Azure DevOps
